About Me
Ethos (they/them) is a writer, educator, and cultural strategist working at the intersection of consciousness, somatics, and liberation. Their work investigates how modernity fragments meaning, severs embodiment, and turns healing into performance, and asks what it would take to remember ourselves back into right relation with each other, the body, and the living world.
Drawing from lived experience, movement work, somatic practice, critical pedagogy, and years of organizing within and against institutions, Ethos develops tools and teachings that prioritize capacity, accountability, and relational integrity over spectacle or optimization. Their work is rooted in the belief that the world cannot meaningfully change until the meaning of the world changes, and that meaning is carried through bodies.
Ethos currently teaches, writes, and builds experimental frameworks for sacred governance, community healing, and embodied liberation.
